Emas7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the emas7 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions set out herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the emas7 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Emas7 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the platform.
- This platform is available only to individuals who are legally permitted to access it within their jurisdiction.
- Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the emas7 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Your password must be strong and must not be shared with any third party.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
- Emas7 reserves the right to request supporting documents for account verification purposes at any time.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the emas7 platform fairly and responsibly. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software without approval, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from:
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any other party.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised third-party software.
- Engaging in payment fraud, unauthorised use of credit cards, or falsification of information.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical operations in any way.
- Distributing offensive, inciting, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and emas7 reserves the right to withhold any balance suspected of having been obtained through fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the emas7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including local bank transfers through FPX and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Emas7 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment providers. Withdrawal processing times are typically up to one business day depending on the method selected, subject to internal verification procedures.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change.
- Emas7 reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.
- Any taxes or additional charges levied by a bank or digital wallet provider are the user's responsibility.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The platform, its content, logos, brand names, and all intellectual property associated with emas7 are the exclusive property of this platform. No part of the platform's content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Emas7 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, emas7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. emas7 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Emas7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at our sole discretion in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or for platform security reasons. Users will be notified via their registered email unless doing so would compromise an active investigation.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, emas7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user via the standard withdrawal procedure once verification is complete.
Emas7 reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an on-platform notice or by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
